Benefits of Yoga are acclaimed internationally. The students are under constant stress as they are to pump out papers, good grades, practicals, etc. during their course of study. Recognizing the benefits of yoga both in physical and mental terms such as flexibility, strength, muscle tone, pain prevention, better breathing, mental calmness, stress reduction, body awareness, etc., SVNCE has established Yoga Centre and included yoga in the regular time table for all first year students. The centre also organizes special programmes for the benefits of faculty and students.
